Michelle is an experienced strata and property lawyer, having specialised in strata and subdivision law for over 6 years.
Prior to joining Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers, Michelle was part of HWL Ebsworth Lawyers’ Melbourne property team. She has also worked for boutique practices specialising in private and corporate insolvency litigation.
Michelle has advised Owners Corporations, their members, office bearers, managers and insurers of all sizes, in respect to building defect disputes, Water Act disputes, disputes concerning the Subdivision Act, debt recovery, bankruptcy and winding up applications, and appears at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Victorian Courts concerning these matters.
She is a member of Strata Community Australia (Victoria), and a Member of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers (ACSL). She has presented to Owners Corporation Management Companies and is published in the Australia Property Law Bulletin.
Michelle holds a combined degree of Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business from the University of Tasmania. She considers herself a “foodie” and aims to travel to a different city or new country every year.
