Kevin Pai LLB (Hons) BCom


Kevin Pai practices in the strata and community title development area (including problem project restructuring), as well as general body corporate advice work (particularly management rights).


He is one of a handful of lawyers experienced in Queensland’s historical body corporate legislation, such as the South Bank Corporation Act 1989, Mixed Use Development Act 1993, Integrated Resort Development Act 1987 and the Building Units Group Titles Act 1980.


Along with his work as a lawyer, Kevin is active in the commercial sector as a consultant to overseas businesses looking to expand into Australia and start-ups such as technology and development companies from Taiwan.


Along with his role as a lawyer, Kevin is also a director of our subsidiary technology company “Stratavine” and has been the driving force behind the firm’s efforts to deliver for its client the most comprehensive range of digital strata legal services.


He is an honours graduate from the University of Queensland, a Member of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers, the Urban Development Institute of Australia (Queensland) and Strata Community Association (Queensland).
